Over my years in business I have learned two cardinal rules. Number one, put the customer first. Number two, invest unceasingly in your core competencies. Applying these rules at Supply Chain Services has contributed to our growth--in customer satisfaction, in employee opportunitiy, in partner relationships and, gratifyingly, the bottom line.
